The seventh annual Share Your Soles for Christmas shoe drive for children began on Nov. 16th and runs through the holidays. Tom and Jean Sullivan, owners of the Good Feet Store in Millsboro Delaware, says they are looking for those gently used shoes of all types for kids. Donations may be placed in boxes in front of the Good Feet Store in the Food Lion Shopping Center in Millsboro or at the Good Feet Store in Dover, 706-B N. DuPont Highway. New shoe donations should be left in their boxes, but not wrapped.
Jean said many of us take shoes for granted, but some children in our communities have no shoes, or have one pair that are worn out. The Sullivans report no donation is too small, all are welcome.
